In Association with Madhya Pradesh Paschim Vidut Vitaran Co. Ltd,
Indore, NICT has implemented a "Project MPEB Call Center" at 20
Zones for better CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
Under the project NICT has established necessary infrastructure for computer enabled 24*7 call centers for complaint and redresel monitoring and providing services to citizen for collection of electricity bill from 10 am to 8 pm.
NICT has established 20 call centers and 20 collection centers in Indore City.
In Jabalpur NICT is successfully providing customer care facility and also
providing immediate solution to users.
