- Selection of faculties and 7 core team members of the project.
- Establishment of project office, delivery, installation of
computer, Furniture / Fixture in 980 government schools.
- Creation of project monitoring System in MIS.
- liaisoning with 8 districts officer & 980 principals
of schools.
- The Geographically distribution and spread of project site.
- Inventory management of approximately 2000 computer, furniture/ fixtures
etc.
- Installation and training of staff deputed.

Implementation Plan |
For implementation of project
exhaustive compressive implementation plan with time schedule
was prepared.
- A Core team of 4 members under the leadership of Technical
Director & Project Manager of NICT - Regional Office, Jaipur
designed & developed on innovative methodology.
- Planning & formulation of Road Map.
- Documentation & Operational procedures, blue print.
- Selection of vendors, procurement & installation of Hardware.
- Selection of Local Service Providers & deployment of
staff at the site.

Results |
In a record time period of 3 months a complete infrastructure with manpower has become operational & organization has started providing Computer Education in 750 schools & approximately around 1,45,000 students were benefited. |
